Dual System Workstation/Gaming Build: Write Up

I had a really extensive write up of my desktop setup detailing how I use the DisplayDriver wrapper I integrated into Sunshine and the hardware etc. I am offering this as a place holder while I am slowly rebuilding my lab after recovering from a Ceph nightmare (my fault) (I was still learning). I just want to make sure no more people reach dead links and at least know what happened. This is kind of a first world need and not necessary but I spent the last 20 minutes or so updating an adjacent dead link that documented a solution to an Ubuntu kernel issue.
